Stock items can be ready in 1~3 working days.
If items are not in stock, they will be made new in our factories: it takes about 2 weeks for dancewear items production ready and about 4 weeks for shoes items. PS: about one week longer in busy season.

Quality & Return & Exchange Policy:
1) We manufacture each product carefully and strictly control the quality with rigorous test standards to be responsible to consumers. For products with quality problems, we conduct the policy of returning and exchanging within 15 days upon goods receiving.

2) Even if there is no quality problems, we could also support the returning and exchanging service within 15 days upon goods receiving, however, it should not affect the re-sell and the buyer has to undertake the round-trip shipping cost and all other cost caused (like relevant taxes caused if any).

3) For intimates items, once worn, no return or exchange;
For customized products, if no quality problems, there will be no return or exchange; Problems caused by human factors, such as improper use, no return or exchange.
